DataCyber is a service provider focused on one-stop, Al-native, multi-cloud Data & Al platform and data value exchange. The company has independently developed core products including CyberData, CyberAI, Cyber Engine, and CyberGPT. These form a comprehensive ecosystem covering the entire chain of data development and governance, AI training and inference, computing scheduling, and private deployment. Leveraging this ecosystem, the company offers one-stop big data development and management, lakehouse architecture, and data value exchange services, achieving high-quality integration of big data, AI, and secure data value exchange to help customers efficiently accomplish digital and intelligent transformation.

Chen Tingliang

(Ali name: Wang Ben)

DataCyber CEO

Chen Tingliang, the founder of the company (Ali name: Wang Ben), was formerly the Director of Big Data Platform R&D at Alibaba Cloud. He was also a member of the Alibaba Cloud Product Committee and Architecture Group, leading the product development and commercialization of core platforms such as Yushanfang, Data Plus, and DataWorks cloud data warehouse and data platform.

2009 Pioneered the Shanda Hadoop big data platform, becoming one of the early adopters in China to move away from IOE infrastructure.

2012 Launched the first domestic data platform + cloud data marketplace, Yushanfang.

2015 Launched the first commercial data platform in China, Data Plus.

2016 Launched DataWorks, a leading domestic data platform, and was responsible for the Alibaba Machine Learning Platform, PAI.

2020 Founded DataCyber, and established a provincial comprehensive financial service platform, and the Shaoxing science and technology financial platform.

2021 Established "Data+AI" core strategy, independently developing a one-stop, multi-cloud, AI-native data intelligence platform.

2022 Secured Pre-A round funding, led by CICC Capital.

2023 Honored as "Rising Star Entrepreneur" by Hangzhou Venture Capital Association; appointed President of HIT Computing Faculty Zhejiang Alumni Association.

Held the position of Deputy General Manager of the Global Technology Services Division for Greater China at IBM China. Served as General Manager of the Financial Business Unit at Microsoft China EPG and General Manager of the Financial Business Unit at Oracle Database.

Yuan Panfeng

Master of Computer Science from Beihang University, more than 10 years of R&D experience in big data and privacy computing industry, with 15 international and domestic patents.

Former senior technical expert of Alibaba Group's big data platform, core leader of the founding team of Alibaba Yushanfang, Alibaba Cloud Data Plus and DataWorks. Led the 0-to-1 development and commercialization of Alibaba Cloud's privacy computing platform, DataTrust.

Yu Jun

MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, more than 10 years of experience in e-commerce, big data and artificial intelligence.

Former senior product expert at Alibaba and core member of the Alibaba Cloud big data startup team. Responsible for products such as the open platform, data marketplace, data engine, City Brain algorithm platform, and Industrial Brain.

Sales VP

More than 20 years' experience in software industry, with a focus on the financial and retail manufacturing industries.

Former Sales Director at Microsoft and Deputy General Manager at NTT DATA. Held market expansion and management roles at multiple large foreign and technology enterprises, including NCS and Kyligence, and led multiple teams to achieve continuous high business growth.
